5 Games 5 Wins

Last weekend saw a run of 5 games at City of Bristol Volleyball Club. First on Saturday morning the Mixed team playing in the Bristol League managed 2 wins over Airball and BVC Startled Moose. Strange names but all good fun. Airball are a new team from the Airbus side of things and BVC Startled Moose are one of two teams from the other Bristol club playing in this league.

Saturday night it was Division One National League at Bristol Uni with the 1st team playing Polonia from London. A very powerful hitting game with City winning 3-0.

Sunday it was Mens 2 turn to play at home with Portsmouth losing 3-1 to a confident City side. Bristol VC then played Portsmouth in the middle game with Portsmouth winning 3-0. The 3rd game was to be a 5 setter with City beating their rivals 3-2. The return match with Bristol is the last game of the season. Well done to all.
